I work with environmental and social impact organisations at the point where ambition needs to become financially and politically real. Most already have a strong sense of purpose. What they need is someone to step back with, think it through together, and deliver the first steps alongside them.

I work especially well with organisations at the leading edge — where the market is still being defined, the proposition is still being shaped, and the route to sustainable impact isn't yet obvious.
